SA²GE - Phase 3: INTEGRATED MODULAR AVIONICS FOR ECONAVIGATION

Following on SA²GE Phase 2, the sub-project aims to create new avionics technologies and products that reduce the environmental footprint of air transport and improve traffic flow.

 

Various functions are targeted:

​

  • Perfect flight

  • Advanced flight management functions

  • The integration of the APM (Airfoil Profile Performance Monitor) function, which gives a real indication of the aircraft's attitude and speed margin before stall

  • The helicopter noise abatement procedure, in collaboration with the European NAFTI (Noise Abatment FMS with Tactile Interface

  • The integration of a third party maintenance application for real-time transmission of avionics data

  • Cockpit display of air traffic information (graphical flight plan display)
